CZARFACE is an entire brand universe made up of music, art, comics, merchandise, and more. The original concept was to deliver music and comics via the all-powerful, anti-hero character named CZARFACE. In this vein, co-creator Esoteric, and his long time partner 7L called on Inspectah Deck of the Wu-Tang Clan to form a new “super group” to carry out this mission. Since 2013, CZARFACE has released numerous projects, delivering everything through the lens of CZARFACE's adventures, including custom tracks for Marvel's Black Panther comic and collaborations with MF DOOM. The brand is built heavily on its sonic haymakers & visual art, illustrated by NYC's Lamour Supreme. CZARFACE’s fast growing audience supports many streams of revenue including the CZARFACE website, merchandise and several collaborations, all of which are managed entirely in-house.
Likes records, a nice pair of sneakers and warm weather. As a member of the brand CZARFACE, 7L has been able to combine his many interests not only on the music front but also in the physical realm. With a string of vinyl, action figures, comics and clothing releases, CZARFACE has always been about keeping things fresh evolving and exploring new ideas.
